Corrections are the messages we most want to receive. If a specification here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it on the page where it appeared.

What we are good at answering
- Corrections. A spec that has changed, a warranty term that has been revised, a product that has been discontinued. Include a link if you have one.
- Sizing questions. If you have run the height calculator and your numbers fall awkwardly between products, we can tell you which published ranges actually cover you.
- Product suggestions. Especially anything with published specifications we have missed.
- Press and partnership. Note that we do not accept paid placement, sponsored posts or link insertions — the editorial policy explains why.
What we cannot answer
Medical questions. Nobody here holds a clinical credential, and whether standing will help your particular back, disc or nerve problem is a question for a doctor or physical therapist who can examine you. We will not guess at it by email, which is the same position the health pages on this site take.
We also cannot help with warranty claims, order status or delivery for products you bought through our links — those purchases are with the retailer, not with us, and the retailer is who can actually resolve them.
