What this site is

Deskstance publishes editorial articles about sit-stand desks and related equipment. It is operated by Iron Mako Media. It is not a retailer: you cannot buy anything here, and we do not process payments, hold stock or ship goods.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nobody who writes it holds a clinical credential. Pages that discuss back pain, sciatica, disc conditions or the health effects of standing summarize published sources and say where the evidence is weak. Pages discussing HSA and FSA eligibility are general information drawn from published IRS material.
